Ingredients
  • 4, 16-ounce cans Artichoke hearts, drained + chopped
  • 4, 16-ounce cans French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, black pepper + cayenne pepper to taste
Method
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Obtain saucepan + casserole baking dish.
  2. Add oil to saucepan, then sauté onion + garlic cloves until transparent
  3. Add in green beans and artichokes, mix well
  4. Add in cheese + breadcrumbs, mix well
  5. Add salt, black pepper + cayenne pepper to taste, mix well
  6. Place in casserole baking dish and cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
