It’s the beginning of the year and everyone is booming with their New Year’s resolutions. Sometimes it can be challenging to work, go home, and cook every night, so we created a collection of the healthiest plates from each of our delectable restaurants.

Blue Water BBQ
Lunch: Chicken stuffed potato: A great lunch for anyone who will be doing any strength training, Moxie training, or any high-calorie burner workout. Just watch the amount of butter, sour cream, and cheese that goes on top.
Dinner: Plain smoked potato with the South Carolina Chicken: When you are craving BBQ this is the perfect place to go for a great freshly smoked chicken! Don’t forget to opt for an unsweet iced tea, too.

Villaggio Grille
Appetizer: Oysters: Packed with selenium, low in calories and fat, and a great source of protein, this one’s a no-brainer.
Lunch: Salad: Villaggio Grille has a great selection of salads. We recommend the goat cheese and walnut, then add a piece of salmon for extra protein, vitamins, and of course omega-3 fatty acids.
Dinner: Lamb Chops: The lamb chops are a great source of lean protein, and vitamins. Choose green beans or asparagus and a salad as your sides.

Ginny Lane Bar & Grill
Appetizer: Peel & Eat Shrimp: Shrimp is very nutritious, of course. It’s fairly low in calories and provides a high amount of protein and healthy fats, in addition to a variety of vitamins and minerals.
Lunch: Pecan & Pear Salad: This is a very delicious and sweet salad. It’s served with raspberry vinaigrette, and you can add chicken for a lean meat.
Dinner: Spinach Artichoke Encrusted Chicken: This tasty meal is served with saffron rice and green beans. To make this meal more carb friendly, we suggest a substitution for the rice, like a salad or another vegetable.

Bayes Southern Bar & Grill
Lunch: Bayes House Salad: This salad is the perfect classic go-to salad! Pair it with a vinaigrette dressing for an enjoyable lunch.
Dinner: Chargrilled Mahi Mahi: This fish is prepared to perfection, a perfect dinner to keep you feeling full but light. We recommend substituting the parmesan grits for the seasonal vegetables or a house salad.

Breakfast: Spinach & Mushroom Scramble: The perfect breakfast to pair with your morning workout! We would also suggest the Avocado Egg Melt.
Lunch: Strawberry Pecan Salad: This salad will have you ready for summer in no time, and you can add chicken to it for a lean meat.
