As we prepare to bid farewell to 2024 and welcome in 2025, there are exciting events happening that cater to all ages. From family-friendly activities to lively street parties, here’s your guide to celebrating New Year’s Eve in style!

Kids Confetti Drop presented by Beachball Properties

Date & Time: December 31 | 10 AM - 2 PM
Location: Main Street + Palms Plaza
Cost: FREE admission + parking; some activities range from $5-10

Kick off your New Year’s celebrations early with the annual Kids Confetti Drop! This event is perfect for families with young children who may not be able to stay up until midnight. Enjoy a fun-filled day featuring:

  • Bouncy inflatables
  • Face painting ($10)
  • Camel rides ($5)
  • Balloon artist + much more!

The highlight of the day will be the confetti drop at noon, where kids can experience the joy of ringing in the New Year with colorful confetti and festivities. DJ Matt will keep the energy high from 10 AM to 2 PM, ensuring a memorable day for everyone.

Reelin’ in the New Year

Date & Time: December 31 | 5 PM - Midnight
Location: Main Street + Marlin Circle
Cost: FREE admission + parking; some kids’ activities cost $5-10

As the sun sets, join us for the Reelin’ in the New Year Street Party, a vibrant celebration sponsored by Pepsi and Miller Lite. This event promises an unforgettable night filled with:

  • Live music from local bands
  • Family-friendly activities
  • Adult-centered fun

DJ + Bands

5-6 pm: DJ Matt + Kids Activities

6-9 pm: Alan Mabry Duo 

9 pm – midnight: Park Band

The evening will culminate at midnight with a spectacular fireworks display and the iconic Kentucky Mist New Year Countdown marlin drop.

All-Day Celebrations

Ice Skating Rink

10 am - Midnight, white tent in front entrance parking lot

Admission to the rink is $15 and $20 for the ice skating and Ferris wheel combo package (price includes skate rental).

Shopping

10 am - 9 pm, various retailers at The Wharf

Retail shops and restaurants will be operating under extended business hours allowing guests to enjoy all the property has to offer prior to the celebration.

Marlin Drop + Fireworks

Count down to the New Year with the signature Marlin Drop followed by the finale fireworks display presented by White Claw.

SPECTRA

The Laser Light Experience will bring a high-powered theatrical show along Main Street at midnight following the fireworks.

Late Night Party

Head over to The Sandshaker and toast the new year with Howlin' Grace live until 1 am.
