The Wharf at Orange Beach has welcomed 17 new tenants since November 2015 bringing first floor fulfillment to 96 percent and total occupancy to 75 percent. On the cusp of a record-breaking season, the property gained much interest from businesses in a range of sectors including restaurants, spas, design and retail.

The wait is over. Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, will perform at The Wharf Amphitheater for one night only, TUESDAY May 31 at 8 pm, as part of Jimmy Buffett’s “I Don't Know'” Tour 2016.

Each spring brings about the beginning of boating season and also one of the most popular and well-attended events on the Gulf Coast, The Wharf Boat and Yacht Show. Every square foot of exhibitor space, dockage and on-land boat display space has been sold out for months in anticipation of the premiere boat show on the Gulf Coast.

The Take It Outside Tour comes to The Wharf Amphitheater in June 2016.

Located on the second floor, the space is truly a unique one combining a yoga-dance room, fitness room with state-of-the-art physical fitness apparatus, and a spa where clients can get a massage, manicures, eyelashes or hair.
